HP hats for Charity

I just downloaded a pattern for a charming hat and beanie using house colors from Hogwarts. I know these hats will be a big hit in my family come winter. Information for Warm Woolies is also found on this great blog Charmed Knits (see button under links). It sounds just wonderful!

I also visited Knitsmiths blog ( at knitsmith.us) and am very inspired. I have taken a little time away from knitting, but I may have to pull out the needles again.

I did pick up a set of knifty knitter looms, the rectangular ones. I already have a set of round looms. I made a lovely shrug using chenille yarn and the largest cirle loom. I'll get a pic up soon. I'll have to experiment with the long looms. Use up some of that stash!!
